White’s Lienelle Geldenhuys joins NLA’s Expert Panel

We are pleased to announce that Lienelle Geldenhuys, Senior Architectural Designer and Project Lead, at our London studio will be joining the New London Architecture’s (NLA) Expert Panel on Healthcare. Lienelle has 16 years of experience within the field of healthcare design and joined the studio earlier this year.

NLA is an independent member-supported organisation with the purpose to improve the quality of people’s lives by making London a better place to live, work and visit. The organisation brings together the public, government, and cross-sector professionals. Through research themes such as education & health, housing and net zero, NLA explores both opportunities and challenges facing London.

Lienelle Geldenhuys, who now will join the NLA’s Expert Panel on Healthcare, is working as a Senior Architectural Designer and Project Lead at our London studio since 2022. She has 16 years of experience and an extensive experience in healthcare design projects. Lienelle is well oriented in the London healthcare field and is currently working in the design team for Cambridge Children’s Hospital together with Hawkins & Brown.

I’m honoured to be a part of the expert panel and look forward sharing my knowledge of healthcare design as well as gaining insights from the other experts. To build sustainable cities and communities we need cross-sector collaborations, and that is one of the reasons I found NLA’s work so important.

Since 2020 Charlotte Ruben, Architect specialized in healthcare design, has been a part of the NLA Healthcare Panel and is now handing over the role to her colleague Lienelle.

I’d like to thank the NLA for two valuable years on their expert panel. Years marked by one of the biggest challenges the healthcare sector have faced in our time; covid-19. I’m excited that Lienelle is taking on the valuable role of knowledge exchange with her extensive experience in healthcare architecture and specifically in London and the UK.
