White Arkitekter’s Director of Sustainability Honored as Sustainable Construction Person of the Year

With over two decades of experience, Anna Graaf has driven sustainability efforts at White Arkitekter and across the industry through impactful projects and pioneering cross-sector initiatives. She has championed the shift toward circular architecture, climate neutrality, and regenerative design—an approach where architecture restores ecosystems, ecological values, and natural cycles while enabling resources to be reused.

Since 2022, Graaf has also served as a member of the Swedish government’s Delegation for Circular Economy, representing the construction and real estate sector as its first delegate.
